All Marching Band members must submit the same physical form required for all sports at Oakton. A current VHSL physical form -- physician-signed and dated after May 1, 2013 -- must be on file in the band room at the start of band camp in August in order to participate in Marching Band.

• You can use the same form for all OHS sports for the 2013-2014 school year. Please MAKE A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS of the signed VHSL form, turn one in with the Marching Band packet and submit the other to the Activities Office so it is on file for sports.

• Fairfax trainers run physicals at various schools - an easy way to get your form complete if you cannot get to your doctor
  Run by FCPS athletic trainers and physicians who volunteer their time, the physicals are $50 if you pre-register and $60 if you walk-in. (The fees go directly to support the athletic programs). You can view the schedule of physical nights and pre-register online .
